Kayla L. Hebb is President and CEO of Avatrine Financial. She started in the healthcare industry in 2000 and began her financial advising career in 2005. Ms. Hebb has a BS in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and an MBA in Financial Services from the University of Dallas.

Kayla is Life and Health Insurance-licensed. She is also certified in Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) and Long-Term Care. Avatrine Financial is an fiduciary independent insurance agency that is appointed and certified with over 60 insurance companies.

Holly Strom has over 30 years of customer service experience and 15 years in management. Ms. Strom loves her job, but mostly getting to interact with each of our clients. A native Texan that was drawn here by the beautiful sunsets, mountains and balloons in the air. She enjoys knitting, reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Holly is the proud mother of Avatrine’s mascot & VP, Roxie.

Herman began his insurance career in 1980 and over the years has helped clients in all areas of financial services, but since joining Avatrine Financial he is focused on life insurance planning. He holds both the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations. Herman works with a wide range of insurance companies to find the best possible life insurance solutions for individuals and businesses.

In addition to serving as an officer or board member for several industry organizations, Herman has volunteered for many charities including Angel Flight Central (2007 Excellence in Outreach award), Special Olympics, A Sporting Chance (an event Herman created generated over $50,000 net donations to ASC), National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Puppetry Arts League and Springfield Little Theatre. Other activities include hiking, reading, acting, writing and travel. And he’s always willing to talk about his grandkids.

Agnes Gallegos

Agnes Gallegos has worked for more than 30 years with various health insurance companies including, Medicaid Third Party Administrator EDS, MetLife, Presbyterian Health Plan, and most recently True Health New Mexico. She has also worked in property / casualty insurance at State Farm.

As a member of the New Mexico Association of Health Underwriters (NMAHU) she is active on the board, has been President of the association and received the distinguished Pat Miller and Eva Jean Fomalont awards.

Agnes is married to artist, Tim Bintz, has 3 kittens and enjoys traveling to see new vistas around the state of New Mexico. She loves to spend time with family and helps with the care of her elderly mother and disabled nephew.
